Tom Shull is an American businessman and Director/CEO of the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (Exchange), No. 52[1] on the National Retail Federation's Top 100 Retailers list. Shull joined the Exchange in 2012 as the first civilian[2][3] to lead the Department of Defense's largest retailer. He also serves on the Exchange's board of directors.[4]
