Tom kha kai, tom kha gai, or Thai coconut soup[1][2][3] (Thai: ต้มข่าไก่, pronounced [tôm kʰàː kàj]; lit.'chicken galangal soup') is a spicy and sour hot soup with coconut milk in Thai cuisine.
