The Mid-Range Capability (MRC), or Typhon, is a US Army transporter erector launcher for Standard SM-6 and Tomahawk missiles.[1][2][3] It was originally developed as the Strategic Mid-range Fires System (SMRF), formerly known as the Midrange Capabilities System (MCS).[4]
