Udachny (Russian: Удачный, IPA: [ʊˈdatɕnɨj], lit. successful or lucky; Yakut: Удачнай, Udaçnay) is a town in Mirninsky District of the Sakha Republic, Russia, located on the Markha River, 508 kilometers (316 mi) from Mirny, the administrative center of the district.
