Ulick John de Burgh, 1st Marquess of Clanricarde KP PC (English: /ˈjuːlɪk/; English: /dˈbɜːrɡ/; YOO-lik; d’-BERG; English: /klænˈrɪkɑːrd/; klan-RIK-ard; 20 December 1802 – 10 April 1874), styled Lord Dunkellin (/dʌnˈkɛlɪn/; dun-KELL-in) until 1808 and the Earl of Clanricarde from 1808 until 1825, was a British Whig politician who served as British Ambassador to Russia (1838–40), Postmaster General (1846–52) and Lord Keeper of the Privy Seal (1858).
