Umingan, officially the Municipality of Umingan (Pangasinan: Baley na Umingan; Ilocano: Ili ti Umingan; Tagalog: Bayan ng Umingan), is a 1st class municipality in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 77,074 people.[3]
Umingan is 79 kilometres (49 mi) from Lingayen, 67 kilometres (42 mi) from Cabanatuan, and 195 kilometres (121 mi) from Manila.
