Urquhart (/ˈɜːrkərt/ UR-kərt; Scottish Gaelic: Urchard) is a small village in Moray, Scotland.[1] It is approximately 5 miles (8 km) east of Elgin, between the villages of Lhanbryde and Garmouth.[1] Urquhart had a population of 420 (as of the 2001 census).
