I started actively contributing to the Wikimedia projects around 2011. Most of my work has focused on improving all aspects of illustrating Wikipedia either by creating, cataloging or reviewing the material found on
Wikimedia Commons or creating lists of heritage sites on the Dutch Wikipedia. Increasingly I'm also active on
Wikidata. On the English Wikipedia the majority of my edits are the insertions of illustrations.
