I have a Masters degree in community planning (UC/DAAP 2004) and another in Jewish education (JTS/Davidson 2013). I published my thesis on the development history of the neighborhood of Bond Hill with a CC BY-SA license, and enjoy spending time in dusty archives trying to construct histories from what seems to be suggested by primary source records. Feel free to send me a kind message over on my talk page. I usually respond within 24-48 hours. Thanks for reading :)

If you're interested in reading about my work on the free-culture movement as it relates to open-source religion, there's an interview with me in the Atlantic Magazine from 2012. There's also some other mention of my work in Ha'aretz and Tablet Magazine.
