During my ongoing research into the means that some corporations use to determine notable records in their statistics, I found that, in some cases, the results from such methods differ substantially from other facts about the relevant material. Such is the dispute that I find need to discuss concerning Billboard Magazine's determination method for the age to be cited in the statistic for the Youngest Person to Write, Produce and Perform a Number-One Song on the Hot 100.
