1994-2000 First Executive Secretary, National Road Safety Commission, Chile. In charge of starting the Technical Secretariat, including the definition of comprehensive working plans. The implemented actions have resulted in the reduction of the number of people killed in the road (-16% in 1999); in fact, the number of killed has been reverted to the 1992 level.
