This list comprises the players who were awarded scholarships with the AIS-AFL Academy. The first intake was in 1997; from 2011, the intake became two-tier, with the level two squad being a 31-man squad, consisting of players who turned 17 during the intake year and who became eligible for the draft the following year. The level one squad consists of 30 players, generally chosen from the Under-16 National Championships. From the 2014 intake, the Australian Institute of Sport ended their association with the academy and the name of the academy changed to the AFL Academy.^[1]
