John Hampden Randolph (1823–1883) was an American sugar and cotton plantation owner.[1] A man Thomas was about 28 years old when Bernard Kendig sold him for US$1,150 (equivalent to $37,605 in 2023) to John H. Randolph of Iberville Parish, Louisiana in June 1855.[2]
