My specialist subject is Italian Silent Film, which I am currently studying as a Phd candidate at the University of Durham, England.

My aim is to (eventually) improve the Italian silent film coverage on wikipedia by:

• Improving the biographies of Francesca Bertini, Giovanni Pastrone and Lyda Borelli.
• Writing new biographies of Leda Gys, Alberto Collo, Itala Almirante Manzini and Febo Mari.
• Making a decisive contribution to the silent section of the Italian cinema article.
• Writing up individual films. Given the enormity of this task, those that are coneected to one of the main actors/directors of the period, and/or survive in film archives, will be given priority.
