SHAKEDOWN (2012 film) SHAKEDOWN is a documentary feature directed by filmmaker Leilah Weinraub and currently in Post-Production. The film chronicles the rise and fall of a black lesbian strip club in Los Angeles. Various additional web projects and archives, that have grown out of the film, are also under construction and set to be released alongside the film. These ancillary activities will mirror and extend the film's examination of complex systems such a cash economies and "chosen families." SHAKEDOWN features a score by Tim Dewit.
