This page contains a list of chemicals that occur commonly on PubMed, but were not in Wikipedia as of May 2009. For each compond, the total number of hits for all synonyms is shown together with up to five synonyms. There will be a few article titles that won't quite make sense, e.g. "compound 1" occurs ~4000 times in PubMed and has PubChem entries.
