An RFA is when a user enters either himself or is entered to try to recieve the administaretive tools. Any one can vote at a RFA(except for IPs), and the RFA is only sucessful when a user has at least 75% support. An RFA can be withdrawn by an Crat by a users request, the user himself can withdraw it if it's failing badly, or any user could by request of the user up for adminship. Once the user succeeds, he will recieve tools(aka "the mop")such as protecting a page, blocking users, closing an RFA, and etc.
