I do recent-changes patrolling. If I've undone your edit and/or left you a note about your contributions then please take a moment, think, and:
- Take seriously the possibility I might be right. If I've left you a message linking to Wikipedia guidelines, read them, and see how they might apply to you.
- Take seriously the possibility I might be wrong. - don't panic, don't scream at me. If you leave me a message explaining what you're trying to do, I promise to take the time to read it, and if appropriate help you to do it without causing confusion.
- Repeating your edit without explaining anything will probably get the same reaction from me - right or wrong - as before. There are a lot of people here, inlcuding me, who will help you if you ask.
I've written a short No-links beginners' guide to Wikipedia, that should contain the bare essentials for someone new to editing.
I'm running PseudoBot, to keep some of the easier-to-spot nonsense off the date pages. I'd like it to be as good as possible, so please leave me a message if it makes any mistakes or if you have any ideas to improve it (though you'll need to be patient for anything apart from mistake fixing).
A quick guide to where anonymous editors are editing from (mainly over the weekend)
