Pishachas were created by Brahma. They are the manifestations of evil. Pishachas eat flesh and drink blood. Head of all evil spirits.
Mahabharata: Pishachas reside in the courts of Brahma and Kubera, and worship these gods. They also live at Gokarna-tirtha and Munjavan, and worship Shiva and Parvati.
