I was a long-time Wikipedia editor for many years from December 2008 on. I wrote about internal news related to the English Wikipedia and to the Wikimedia movement overall at the Signpost. When it came to article-writing I specialized in volcanoes, particularly ones in Hawaiʻi and ones underwater.
