I was born near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and raised in Maryland just outside of Washington, DC. I currently live in Tunbridge, Vermont with my lovely wife and our wonderful, sweet, adopted pit bull, Leo. We have sheep and used to have llamas.
I have been on the board of directors at The Justin Smith Morrill Homestead and the service group, Tunbridge Neighbors Helping Neighbors. I am a founding board member of Royalton Community Radio, where I did a morning show on Fridays from March 2013-May 2014 when I switched to a Friday afternoon show called The Lunchbox, which ran from May 2014 until June 2015. I am the founding president of the Homebrewer Outreach & Preservation Society (H.O.P.S.).
