The Bordeaux Courthouse (French:Palais de justice de Bordeaux) is a neoclassical building located on the northern side of the Place de la République, in Bordeaux, France,

The old building was built between 1839 and 1846. It was listed as a historic monument on March 19, 1979 along with the National School of the Judiciary inaugurated in 1972 and the Tribunal de Grande Instance (TGI) built in 1998 on the perimeter of the former prison, the whole is the judicial islet. The new building (TGI) has been labeled "Heritage of the twentieth century"
