The tumbling strawberries will become a regular feature around the capital over the next
six weeks as thoughts turn to summer and the 22nd year of the Cardiff Festival, a
programme of mostly free events that will attract over half a million people to locations in
the city centre and the waterfront of Cardiff Bay.
