I OPT OUT.
Shearonink is currently experiencing significant stress that may affect their ability to work on Wikipedia. They may choose to work in quieter areas and avoid complicated tasks or areas prone to conflict. They may also respond to talk page or email messages more slowly than usual, and your patience is greatly appreciated. Thank you. |
Sometimes...sometimes I find little articles and I feel sorry for them. So I try to fix them up and hope they stay around. Sometimes they fall afoul of AfD despite my best efforts and sometimes I change my mind and decide they're not worth fighting for.
Caffieinebooost (talk) has given you a cup of coffee, for taking the time to weather a dispute. Thanks for staying calm and civil! Coffee somehow promotes WikiLove and hopefully this has made your day better. Spread the WikiLove by giving someone else a coffee, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or someone putting up with some stick at this time. Enjoy!
Spread the lovely, warm, bitter goodness of coffee by adding {{subst:WikiCoffee}} to their talk page with a friendly message.

You're constantly doing good things on Wikipedia. You're one of the most thoughtful, considerate editors I know - you're not afraid to ask for help when needed, and that's an admirable quality. I sometimes get the impression that you under-value your own contribution to the project - that's why I wanted to award this; it's not for any one specific thing - because you do lots. Cheers! Editor of the Week | ||
Your ongoing efforts to improve the encyclopedia have not gone unnoticed: You have been selected as Editor of the Week for your determination and dedication to help the encyclopedia grow. Thank you for the great contributions! (courtesy of the Wikipedia Editor Retention Project) |
Editor Worm That Turned submitted the following nomination for Editor of the Week and Sainsf seconded it:
I nominate Shearonink to be Editor of the Week for his hard work on Wikipedia. Shearonink has been around a long time (20K edits, 36% to articles) and talks a lot of sense, but hasn't had much recognition of those facts. He used to live in at the IRC help channel, helping out those who needed it and that used to be a lot of people (I don't really go in there any more, so I can't talk for more recent events). Ever since his friends have started leaving, he seems to have slightly disappeared. I wanted him to know that it's not just his friends who appreciate who he is! It is all of Wikipedia.
You can copy the following text to your user page to display a user box proclaiming your selection as Editor of the Week:
