Wikipedia does not require the registration of an account in order to edit articles, and while registration is encouraged, it does not cost anything and allows users to preserve their anonymity. Hence there is no need to post login information to BugMeNot and no advantage to be gained by using these accounts.

If you come across an account whose login details have been made public in this way please log in, change the password, and add this template to the user page by entering {{bugmenot}}. This prevents multiple unrelated people from being identified by the same account name. There is generally no need to block these accounts if their passwords can be changed so as to prevent them from being used.
