Lalagia (Greek: Λαλάγγια [laˈlaŋɟa]; singular: Λαλάγγι [laˈlaŋɟi]), variously spelled Lalaggia or Lalangia, are a form of fried cylindrical doughnuts made in the Greek region of Peloponnisos; they have been part of Greek cuisine since the Byzantine era.
