Loreen at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2012.

Swedish singer-songwriter Loreen has recorded songs for one studio album and guest features. After appearing as a finalist on the music competition Idol in 2004, Loreen contributed guest vocals on the song "The Snake" with the duo Rob'n'Raz. Following a brief hiatus, Loreen began to work on her debut studio album, Heal, which was ultimately released in 2012. The first single released from Heal was "My Heart Is Refusing Me", which Loreen wrote in collaboration with Moh Denebi and Björn Djupström. They co-wrote three other songs for the album: "Do We Even Matter", "If She's the One" and "Heal". The album's second single, "Euphoria", was co-written by Thomas G:son and Peter Boström. It won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2012 and has since been certified nine-times platinum by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) in Sweden.
