After reviewing the !votes under careful review, the candidate appears to have a need and knowledge of the signature tools. Despite thrice the amount of negative !votes to positive ones, the "too many signatures currently" !vote nullified all negative !votes which caused sudden, instant, and even immediate success of the RfS.
