WQUlrich sounds like a real name, but it's actually a reference to a novel: The Man Without Qualities.

There is an old story about Socrates. One day, a student of his was at the Agora and saw him browsing through the stalls. In utter amazement, he approached Socrates and said:
- "Master, you are always telling us to lead a simple life with few possessions, yet here you are in the world's biggest marketplace. I'm puzzled. What can be the explanation?!"
Socrates replied:
- "Like you, I often become sad and depressed. When that happens, I always come here because it cheers me up to see how many things there are that I don't need."
When I'm feeling stupid or ignorant, I come to Wikipedia because it cheers me up to see how many things there are that I don't need to know.
