The project is to create bilateral relations of all countries with the exception of the United States as each country has a bilateral relations article with the U.S. This list does not include unrecognized states or territories of countries that have foreign relations with other nations. Nor does this list include former countries such as Nazi Germany, Soviet Union, North and South Vietnam, etc. And if an article exists, it's to improve it by adding more information.
The following will be in alphabetical order. For example, Afghanistan–Albania relations, Afghanistan–Costa Rica relations. Not Zimbabwe–Costa Rica relations.
