I feel it is important to openly disclosure previous instances or cases of misconduct. On 22 March 2013, under the previous username of "Riley Huntley", I shared a temporary password with another user that I trusted to assist me with making an edit while I was mobile/travelling. At this time, I held several advanced rights on the English Wikipedia and sysop on Wikidata. During a routine check by a CheckUser, it was discovered that another user accessed my IP and an WP:ANI case was opened. My advanced rights were removed as it was considered a breach of trust, and I resigned my Wikidata sysop permissions "under a cloud". As per sugar case #8055, I also lost access to non-public data. As of February 2016, my non-public access was reinstated per my request upon my return from an English Wikipedia wikibreak. I returned to working with the Accounts Creation and OTRS teams.
During this time, I was not blocked, sanctioned or investigated by Arbcom.
