lRe: Your deleting my comment on the tak page for semen

I got a message saying you deleted my comment because you felt it was not civil. My apologies, and I will concede that perhaps my tone or wording could have been a little friendlier. I just get a little testy, if you'll forgive the pun, when people try to get into political, sociological, or moral crusading on Wikipedia-- which should be an objective, detached, academic source which allows full disclosure and objective discussion of all sides of an issue.

However, the tone of the comment aside, I felt what I said was important-- so keeping your request for civility in mind, I edited the comment I made before-- removing parts of it and re-wording others, in an attempt to preserve the viewpoint and concepts presented in my comment, while achieving greater civility. I hope my edit is satisfactory for you. If it isn't, I'd appreciate if you could tell me which part(s) you object to, specifically. Thanks. 24.34.63.39 (talk) 21:04, 3 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your rewording seems adequate. I would recommend avoiding the use of words like "You" or "You're". Those can be easily interpreted as a personal attack. Dusty777 18:01, 5 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
