Michael, why have you changed all the caps from things like GPRS to Gprs? This is inconsistent with other technical terms and acronyms in WP. Otherwise, I'd like to change them back. Fuzheado 23:32, 6 Jan 2004 (UTC)

It's consistent with general Wikipedia style; to write gratuitous capitals is not generally done on Wikipedia. I've left the abbreviations (e.g., GPRS) in capitals, and gotten rid of the superfluous capitals in the words, thus making it consistent with Wikipedia's usual conventions.
