Also, I came across your user name in connection with an image you uploaded, apparently taken by you, and also available on the net from a website you run, www.hotrodhomepage.com. All of this is perfectly fine (and even very helpful - it's a great image, and we appreciate having it!). However, Wikipedia does get an absolutly asstonishing amount of images uploaded by random people from random websites with which they have no connection, and no legal right to contribute the images on those websites to Wikipedia. The basic way we use to verify that the account uploading an image is the same person who runs the website is to request that a small note be put on the website, either saying the the images are released under a free license (such as {{CopyrightedFreeUse}}, as you have tagged the image you uploaded, or simply a random word which was previously put on wikipedia by the account in question; i.e. you say "I'll put the $WfjwFW$#FJ@WFW" at this URL, that way you know who I really am. Either of these two methods would clear out any doubts about the possibility of the image you uploaded being a copyright violation. Thanks! JesseW, the juggling janitor 04:15, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
