I am new to contributing to Wikipedia and learning quickly. I appreciate the input received and would like to have a chance to work up a more encyclopedic article on a person from Ottawa. If I mistakenly created a second article, that was not my intention rather I wanted to edit what was there. Can I get this article restored so I may do the editing according to the guidelines?
