Hi. I think that we've discussed some of this via email. If you want to incorporate the individual applications, i think you may have an uphill struggle to show present rather than future notability. However, this isn't an are whe re I have any expertise, so why not look for existing articles - there must at least be one on the US patent office? you could then discuss with like-minded editors.
