{{helpme-helped}I to exercise my right to vanish. I want my entire account to be deleted. How may I go around doing this? The reference articles were long, winding, and vague at beast. Thanks.
You cannot delete an article, as it is legally and technically impossible. The best option is to have all the subpages deleted, and abandon it. You can also get a rename, although that may not help a lot. —fetch·comms22:52, 6 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) Accounts on Wikipedia aren't ever deleted; to excercise your right to vanish, simply stop editing. If you choose to do this, it is recommended that you put {{retired}} on your user page. If there are any of your user subpages that you want deleted, just add {{db-u1}} to them. Your user talk page cannot be deleted in this manner, but you are able to simply blank the page. Robert Skyhawk(TCB)22:57, 6 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
TechOutsider is taking a short wikibreak and will be back on Wikipedia in a couple months.
