Howdy. Please take a closer look at the speedy criteria for images. If two files are identical but have different filetypes (i.e. JPG and PNG) then the undesired type is explicitly not a CSD and must be deleted through the WP:IFD process instead. Funny you should say that. IIRC, I'm the one who suggested the "different file types = not speedy" rule, and now it's biting me in the ass. I untagged about 30 of them earlier today. android79 02:00, 28 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
