Hello and welcome. You can sign your name with ~~~~. IMO, "Zhou Enlai" sounds closer to the acutal pronounciation than "Joe Un-lai". The Zh sound is not pronouced like J. Unless we use complex notation (such as those used in dictionaries), the name will still be mispronouced.
