I keep getting a message that only administrators can upload images. I have waited the four days, and still cannot get in. I must be missing a key step.

Second, I do not know what to do to leave a message for help on Shep talk to me page.

Third, please look at the Jane Addams Business Careers Talk Page. It states I need an info box, and that if one is there to put in code saying "no" , but I cannot find out how to do that.

You must have accumulated at least 10 edits and have been a member for 4 days before you can upload an image. Browsing through your logs, it doesn't appear you're 4 days old yet. You still have about 6 hours to go. As for your second question, I don't quite know what you mean, to leave a message on Shep's talk page, click here although it appears the member is inactive. Thirdly, Jane Addams Business Careers Center has an infobox, again I'm unsure what you mean.
