In Cannaday v. State, 455 So.2d 713, 718 (Miss. 1984), cert.
denied, 469 U.S. 1221, 105 S.Ct. 1209, cert. denied, 469 U.S. 1229, 105 S.Ct. 1229 (1985), the
Mississippi Supreme Court found that two potential jurors were properly dismissed when they both
indicated they could not vote for the death penalty regardless of the evidence because of the
defendant’s age.
