Utz Claassen (born May 7, 1963 in Hannover) is a German manager, management consultant, entrepreneur, investor and author. He has held senior management positions in some of Germany’s most prominent companies such as Volkswagen and EnBW.[1][2]
In 2023, the Hanover public prosecutor's office began investigations into suspicion of delaying bankruptcy at Syntellix and later also into fraud against Claasen. A number of former employees sued and are suing Claasen for unpaid wages at the Hanover Regional Court (as of September 2024).
