Vadym Olehovich Sukharevsky (Ukrainian: Вадим Олегович Сухаревський), callsign Badger (Ukrainian: Борсук, romanized: Borsuk listen),[1] is a colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the first commander of Unmanned Systems Forces.[2] He was the first officer of the Armed Forces under whose command fire was opened in the Russo-Ukrainian war.[3][4] In 2022 he was awarded Hero of Ukraine.

Before becoming Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, he was Commander of the 59th Motorized Infantry Brigade (2022–2024), Chief of Staff of the 35th Marine Brigade, and Commander of the 503rd Marine Infantry Battalion.[5]
