Canadian political journalist (born 1981)
Vassiliki "Vassy" Kapelos [ 3] (;[ 4] born May 6, 1981) is a Canadian political journalist, currently serving as the chief political correspondent for CTV News . She formerly was the host of Power & Politics on CBC News Network from 2018 to 2022.[ 5] She formerly worked as the Ottawa bureau chief for Global News [ 6] and the host of that network's Sunday morning political affairs show, The West Block .[ 7]
In November 2022, she moved to CTV News to become the host of Power Play and Question Period .[ 8] [ 9]
