Victor Gaiciuc (born 12 March 1957) is a Moldovan military general, who served as Minister of Defense of Moldova from 2001 until 2004, 2019 until 2020 and 2020 until 2021.[2] He was also the Defense and National Security Advisor to former president Igor Dodon. He is currently the chairman of the Union of Officers of Moldova and was also the secretary of the Supreme Security Council.[3][4]
