Victoria Analía Donda Pérez (born 1977[1]) is an Argentine human rights activist and legislator. She is the first daughter of a "disappeared" person, born in captivity, to become a member of the Argentine National Congress. She was the youngest woman to hold that office.
From 2019 to 2022, she was the agency executive of the National Institute Against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI), one of the Argentine government's prime human rights institutions.
