Dr Vinya S Ariyaratne is the Honorary President of Sarvodaya Shramadana Movement of Sri Lanka. He is the eldest son of Dr A. T. Ariyaratne the founder and President of the Sarvodaya Shramadana Movement in Sri Lanka.^[1][2] He is a Medical Doctor by profession.^[3][4][5] and a Development Practitioner. He is also a lecturer in Community Medicine Faculty of Medical Sciences University of Sri Jayewardenepura in Sri Lanka. Vinya is also the 129th President of the Sri Lanka Medical Association.^[6][7]
