Vir Bahadur Singh (18 February 1935 – 30 May 1989) was an Indian politician belonging to the Indian National Congress. He was Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh from 1985 to 1988 and Minister of Communications in Central government from 1988 to 1989. He was also an author.[citation needed]
