Virbalis (, Polish: Wierzbołów, Yiddish: ווירבאלן Virbalen, German: Wirballen) is a city in the Vilkaviškis district municipality, Lithuania.[1] It is located 12 km (7.5 mi) west of Vilkaviškis.
