Virgilio "Gil" R. de los Reyes is a Filipino lawyer, educator and government administrator. He served as Secretary of Agrarian Reform under the administration of President Benigno Aquino III.[1] Prior to assuming his post, he was Vice Dean of the De La Salle University College of Law, teaching constitutional law.
